Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production professional to join our Mulch Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and in accordance with quality standards. This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in production processes and the ability to identify areas of improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate production machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure quality products are produced.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
  • Maintain records of production data and provide reports to management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Forklift Experience 1 year preferred
  • Front Loader experience 1 year preferred
  • Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills
  • Safety awareness: Understanding of and commitment to following safety procedures.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
