Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will assist the Legal and Compliance team in the following areas:

  • Help compile and organize electronic legal files and folders
  • Assist with ContractWorks expansion- uploading, renaming , organizing and tagging documents;
  • Assist with organizing Board of Director documents
  • Support compliance audits with collection of audit data
  • Collect Business Associate Agreements from divisions
  • Support Compliance Department with BC/DR template documents and collecting contact information
  • Support and Upload missing information for HIPAA & Compliance investigation tickets
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned

All you need is:

  • To currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD), preferably in Legal Studies, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Have strong interest in corporate law, healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, ethics, or risk management within a professional business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • To be highly organized with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience conducting legal or compliance research is a plus.
