What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with customers in-store, online, and over the phone 
  • Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process 
  • Follow up consistently with leads and appointments 
  • Maintain organized CRM activity and pipeline management 
  • Stay engaged throughout evenings and weekends when customers are buying 
  • Deliver strong customer experiences that generate repeat business 

Compensation

  • $54,000 – $79,000 annual earning potential 
    • 30% commission structure 
    • $200 minimum commission per vehicle 
    • Up to $4,000+ commission opportunities per deal 
    • $500 retroactive minimum commission once 10 units are sold

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
