Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Member Coordinator who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

The Member Coordinator assists with facilitating services from initial contact through sales, intake, service provision, referral, follow-up, and other related activities. They will coordinate with other departments and providers to meet member needs and provider recommendations. They will ensure quality and timely service provisions by coordinating provider schedules and providing supplemental support to both Medical and Clinical services. 

We would love to learn more about you if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Have 1 year of work experience in a medical office and/or 1 year of experience working in a substance abuse treatment program
• Familiar with electronic health records
• Excellent typing skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA
• Previous experience working in the medical or psychiatric field
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Role and Responsibilities

• Running group therapy and group education daily
• Running doctor and NP seeing members and coordinating care for psych services
• Working with the Clinical Operations Director
• Participating in a staff meeting once a week
• Participate in weekly coordinator meeting
