About the Role

As a Full-Time Caregiver, you’ll provide:

Personal care and assistance with daily activities
Companionship and light homemaking
Coverage support for clients when regular caregivers are unavailable

This role is ideal for caregivers who:

Are comfortable traveling within a defined service area

When client hours are light, you’ll still be paid through training, shadowing, or support work to meet your weekly guarantee.

Schedule

Weekdays and weekends
Hours generally between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
At least 25 hours/week guaranteed (with potential for more)
Occasional daytime backup availability (paid and fully supported — no overnight on-call)
Major holidays off, unless you choose to work

Travel

Portland and surrounding service area
Most assignments are local; occasional longer drives may occur
Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile

What We’re Looking For

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or facility)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Flu within past 12 months)
