Location: Portland, ME
Schedule: Full-Time (5 days per week)
Total Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Summary
The Company is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a full-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
