Job Description
Purpose:

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is currently Regular Full Time Oncology Pharmacist to support the Beaver Medical Oncology Network Pharmacy location in Beaver, PA. This position will work a Full Time Monday through Friday daylight schedule with no holidays or weekends and will float as needed to our other local pharmacy locations.
The pharmacist will collaborate with other members of the oncology health care team and provide clinical recommendations regarding dose adjustments of medications and/or additional supportive care medications, when appropriate, based on the drug regimen, labs results and toxicities contributing to optimal patient outcomes. The Pharmacy professional will ensure the provision of cost-effective pharmacotherapy, provide experiential education for present and future healthcare practitioners, and support drug-related research.
