Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) packaging operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll help operate and maintain all steps of the DEF packaging line to meet established production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are upheld.

What You’ll Do

  • Load, pack, and off-load DEF product from the production line

  • Off-load finished product onto pallets according to established packing specifications

  • Safely operate a forklift for product storage and staging

  • Follow the established quality plan to ensure product integrity

  • Coordinate daily with team members to meet production goals

  • Perform daily care and housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Properly clean and maintain associated machinery and equipment

  • Perform and report daily quality checks, including weights, finished product counts, and scrap counts

  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and established procedures

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
