Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and functionality of our facilities, directly contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician must be dependable and have an eye for detail. He or she must have technical skills and a basic knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, or be willing to learn these skills.

Qualifications

• The willingness to learn the basics of plumbing, painting, snow removal, carpet cleaning and appliance repairs.
• The ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
