What You’ll Do:

The Parts Puller is responsible for locating, retrieving, and delivering parts required for CAB Core Assembly based on work order and blueprint instructions. This role supports efficient production flow by ensuring Core Assemblers receive the correct components on time, properly documented and organized. The Parts Puller plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, communication, and material readiness while adhering to AKG safety, quality, and environmental standards.

· Review work orders and blueprints to understand required parts and assembly needs. 

· Locate, retrieve, and deliver correct parts to Core Assemblers in a timely manner. 

· Communicate with Core Assemblers regarding part requirements and build instructions. 

· Document part retrieval and delivery to ensure accuracy and traceability. 

· Track core orders, including labeling and documenting orders placed on hold. 

· Develop and maintain knowledge of parts, components, and materials used in CAB Core Assembly. 

· Maintain organization of parts and materials to support efficient workflow. 

· Follow all AKG policies, procedures, safety standards, and EMS requirements, reporting issues promptly to supervision. 

· Ability to read and understand detailed blueprint instructions.   

· Must have basic mathematic skills, along with the ability to use and understand measuring tools.   

· Must have great attention to detail. 

What We’re Looking For:

· Must be able to walk (100%) of the time.  May be required to bend, stoop, pull, push, twist and turn.   

· Must be able to lift to 50lbs (70%) of the time. 

· You must use safety equipment such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves.  All of these are provided by AKG, except for steel toe shoes.

Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Reliable attendance and availability to work the scheduled shift

Ability to lift, move, and handle parts safely
