Pay: $26-$33/hour (dependent on experience)
Bonus: 5% bonus potential

Key qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, construction, industrial, or technical environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven attention to detail, including reviewing documentation and invoices
  • Experience supporting Project Managers in multi-phase, deadline-driven projects a plus
  • Exposure to electrical distribution equipment, switchgear, generators, power systems, or similar industries a plus

Responsibilities: 

On time, accurate PM lead projects delivered within budget

  • Assist with the preparation of submittals for approval 
  • Assist with the preparation of manuals for project closeout
  • Assist PMs with follow up on vendor related deliverables
  • Assist PMs in coordination with service depts. for technicians and sales reps’ availability

On time, accurate delivery of vendor related products

  • Accurately and efficiently oversee the coordination, procurement, and delivery of product to ensure project success
  • Assure cost control of the assigned project to maximize profit, including timely closeout
  • Coordinate with vendor and/or service department for any service related activities

Effective operational support of department 

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and share with appropriate parties
  • Evaluate project status, then prepare and share detailed reports with stakeholders
  • Prepare general documentation for submittals, closeout, and all other PM dept needs 
  • Coordinate with support departments for items to include accounting or insurance documents among others

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, construction, industrial, or technical environments

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Hand coordination (typing and writing)
  • Occasional forward bending and reaching
  • Occasional walking and climbing stairs
  • Carrying (up to 20lbs.)
