Schedule Details: Pharmacists work primarily first shift with some second shift requirements. Start times can be as early as 0630 and end times as late as 2330. Shifts are typically eight hours and our team staffs every third weekend. Pharmacists staff both central and decentral. This position is located at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and has the ability to be trained at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and WMH - Mukwonago Hospital if interested. Pharmacist at times may be required to enter ante/buffer rooms and hood spaces, and as a requirement from regulatory bodies, must be jewelry and makeup free. 

What You Will Do:

Promotes positive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care utilizing pharmaceutical care. The pharmacist incorporates and demonstrates clinical skills and customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization’s goals.

What You Will Need:

  • Pharmacist License required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • EPIC Healthcare experience preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Omnicell, KitCheck, CPM (medication carousel) and Pharmacy Keeper experience preferred
