Qualifications
You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin, with active or expired status on the registry. You are also required to have or obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

We Are Hiring:
Certified Nursing Assistant - System Float T2 0.9 FTE (12 hour Nights)

Schedule Details: Position is 12 hour shifts 0700-1930. Every other weekend and holiday rotation.Float would be within our three hospitals- Waukesha, Mukwonago, and Oconomowoc Hospital

System Float provides an exciting opportunity to interact with a variety of staff members and patients throughout the hospital division. The various units offer staff a refreshing change in atmosphere. It also allows staff to expand their knowledge base and continuously advance their practice. System Float team members travel to all ProHealth Care hospitals and may work on any of the following specialties: Medical/Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, Observation, Inpatient Oncology, Heart Care, Intensive Care, and Behavioral Health.

This Position Will Offer You:
Assist the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities related to services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients. Assist with administrative type tasks for the nursing team. Assist with patient’s personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed. Support the nursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically and administrative.
