Location: Twin Lakes | 9840 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, OH 45242
Schedule: PRN (as needed), Approximately 24 hours per week

You, our Ideal Candidate
The Special Projects Summer Intern is responsible for working with various Teams to provide the support needed, particularly around special projects. The person in this position will immerse themselves in the Life Enriching Communities fast-paced environment gaining hands-on experience in various facets of the Senior Living Industry. This position requires excellent communication, professionalism, and a high level of patience and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Meet and Collaborate with LEC team members at all levels of the organization:
- Assist Resident Services Technology Specialist
- Work with Sales Consultant to meet new residents
- Provide a general technology orientation for new residents early in the process
- Maintain current content from various departments, to ensure all the platforms provide accurate information
- Participation in campus events
- Assist with trouble shooting resident hardware and software issues
Requirements
- Proficient in technology, with an aptitude to understand various platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Must possess a customer services background and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges
