🕗 Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 1‑year‑old male child. 🩺 What You'll Do:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide NJ/G‑tube care and feedings/aspiration precautions
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

✅ What You'll Need:

Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
