The Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing professional nursing services to residents at the Radcliff Veteran's Centers by utilizing the nursing process, assists with Minimum Data Set by performing assessments.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately performs resident assessments upon admission and within mandatory timeframes
• Documents restorative services for residents in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Performs admission responsibilities when new residents are admitted
• Participates in all aspects of direct nursing care including responding to emergency situations
