Role Overview 

As the Capital Markets Intern, you’ll support critical investor operations and data initiatives that improve how we manage investor information, contractual obligations, and fundraising intelligence. This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, investor relations infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, and IT. 

Investor Document Organization (SharePoint) 

  • Support the migration, organization, and standardization of investor documents within SharePoint. 
  • Apply established naming conventions and folder structures for investor files, including subscription documents, tax forms, contact lists, and related materials. 
  • Partner with the Capital Markets and IT teams to ensure documentation is easy to locate, maintain, and scale over time. 

Ontra Side Letter Obligation Review 

  • Assist with reviewing historical side letter obligations within the Ontra platform. 
  • Help document evidence of completed obligations and update records to reflect satisfied or closed items. 
  • Participate in post-training best-practice implementation to support more efficient, bulk workflows across teams. 

Preqin & Juniper Square Integration 

  • Research investor profiles within Preqin and connect relevant investor URLs to Juniper Square records. 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of investor data across systems. 
  • Gain exposure to the investor prospect universe and fundraising data tools.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. 
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, documents, and systems. 
  • Ability to follow defined processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
