\nAccountabilities:

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with insurance policies and billing matters, ensuring accurate, empathetic, and timely support.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to billing, policy changes, coverage questions, and documentation requests
  • Support customers during the pre-licensing phase by focusing primarily on billing-related inquiries
  • Navigate internal systems and tools to locate policy information and provide accurate responses
  • Communicate clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines while ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older with open availability during operational hours
  • Ability to complete training and collegiate-level coursework for state insurance licensing exams

  • Comfortable working in a remote, structured environment with strict attendance and performance expectations
