No experience is needed; we offer the most comprehensive training available in the industry. As a Restoration Technician, you will perform production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects. Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and provide immediate assistance to clients.- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.- Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.- Execute mold remediation and removal procedures.- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during restoration projects.- Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently.- Maintain and organize restoration equipment and tools.- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.- Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job. Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in physically demanding Texas conditions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused Texas attitude.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate emergency restoration needs.- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
