About This Job: Operate production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office equipment to perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting, and sorting to process card materials. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office equipment.

• Perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting, and sorting to process card materials.

• Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams, handle simple malfunctions, and unload product from equipment.

• Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.

• Identify and resolve clearly defined problems.

• Complete and maintain operator reports and logs.

• Reconcile incoming and completed work.

• Communicate all issues, concerns, or questions to the Production Department Management team.

• Perform repetitive tasks subject to inspection.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

Entry Level Pay

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM at our Romeoville, IL facility.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, workflow and priorities

• Ability to work overtime when necessary

• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail and extreme accuracy required
