Responsibilities
The Radiology Technologist operates imaging equipment to perform diagnostic x-rays and fluoroscopic examinations as ordered by physicians. They are also responsible for preparing procedure rooms, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
You have completed a formal Radiologic Technology program, either an Associate's Degree or a Diploma, and are licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in Florida. You are also certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Job Description
Position floats to all 3 locations. Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and Nocatee.
The Radiology Tech operates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic x-rays as ordered by the physician and under the guidance of the physician. Assists in preparing the operating/procedure rooms, as needed. Documents duration of radiation and results of tests/examinations in patient's chart.

Additional Information:
Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school for degree, or diploma by which the graduate would qualify as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
