As an Overnight Front Desk Agent at Blue Harbor Resort, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the accuracy of daily financial operations. This position combines front desk responsibilities with night audit functions, supporting guests during overnight hours and preparing the property for the next business day.

This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, is detail-oriented, and maintains a professional, guest-focused approach at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys
• Process payments, post charges, and prepare accurate guest folios
• Handle guest communications including phone calls, messages, and special requests
• Complete nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and generating end-of-day reports
• Review and verify financial data such as credit card batches and transaction logs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all daily activities are properly closed out
• Prepare the front desk and reports for the next day’s operations
• Assist with guest requests and minor operational needs during overnight hours
• Support communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall resort operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18+)
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
