The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential.
No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated and coachable, we’ll train you.
What You’ll Earn
- $70K–$80K Year 1
- $90K–$100K Year 2
- $110K+ Year 3
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn well above this. Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!
