We are currently seeking an organized and dependable Event Setup Staff member to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of event spaces while helping maintain a professional and efficient workflow during company events and client projects.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with a team, and contributing to memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown activities
  • Organize furniture, displays, signage, and equipment according to event layouts
  • Transport and arrange event materials safely and efficiently
