Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – AM Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
Location: Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living
Hours:  64 Hours per 2‑Week Pay Period including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
Starting Wage: $20.19/hour

Join the Long-Term Care team at Lakeview and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are committed to providing high‑quality, person‑centered care.

About the Role
As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of an RN, LPN, or Nurse Technician to support residents with daily living activities, maintain safety, and promote independence. This role is essential in creating a respectful, supportive, and caring environment.

What You’ll Do
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and maintaining their living spaces
• Support residents during mealtimes, following individualized diet guidelines
• Report condition changes to nursing staff promptly
• Provide basic care tasks such as vitals, weights, and skin treatments
• Use mechanical lifts and follow all care plan approaches
• Ensure resident rights, confidentiality, and safety practices are upheld
• Participate in care planning, restorative programs, and team meetings
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
• Attend required in‑service trainings (12 hours annually)

Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for most of the shift
• Lift up to 35 pounds and assist with transfers up to 50 pounds
• Push/pull wheelchairs and carts
• Use mechanical lifts and related equipment
• Kneel, squat, and communicate clearly in English

Requirements
• Certified Nursing Assistant, listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• Minimum age 16
• Successful background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law
• Valid driver’s license (if transporting residents)
