THE ROLE

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Perform financial reporting and operational metric tracking
• Assist with building ad-hoc reports and excel dashboards.
• Support project owners and mangers with analysis and tracking of KPI’s of deliverables towards the plan.
• Conduct financial data and communicate verbally and written reports on data
• Various project related work to support business solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, Business Objects)

Project and Operations Support

• Assist in the preparation of documentation and presentation materials

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE     

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or closely related field (I.e., Hospitality, sports, and entertainment) at an accredited institution.
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.
