Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team.

This role requires hands-on capability of troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational efficiency. Role includes but is not limited to the repair and maintenance of; injection molding machines, chillers, temperature control units, material dryers, cranes, forklifts, conveyors, pumps, and general building maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience in a plastics manufacturing or heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • System Knowledge: Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (12VDC to 480VAC) systems.
    • Using welders, torches, and shop tools to modify or build parts like handrails and guards.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
  • Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required.

Shift & Benefits 

  • Shift: 2nd shift 1:30pm – 10:00 pm
  • Pay: Based on experience
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), HSA, PTO, Vacation.
  • Union: This is a union position Teamsters 688 (Eligible after 30 days of employment)
