Job Responsibilities (Temporary Assignment)

Assignment Dates: May 20 – August 14, 2026

Stockroom Cleanup & Organization (Approx. 50%)

• Actively support the hands‑on cleanup, organization, and optimization of the stockroom.
• Sort, consolidate, and clearly organize inventory to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining logical storage layouts and labeling standards.
• Support daily organization efforts to ensure improvements are sustained over time.

Stockroom Efficiency & Process Improvement

• Partner closely with team members to implement best‑practice organization methods.
• Help streamline stockroom workflows to support smoother picking, staging, and material flow.
• Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in current stockroom practices and propose practical improvements.
• Support the transition to a more structured, consistently maintained stockroom environment.

Collaboration & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members involved in stockroom and distribution improvements.
• Support the implementation and stabilization of new or improved picking processes, as needed.
• Provide on‑the‑ground support during change activities to ensure processes are functioning smoothly.

Documentation & Sustainability

• Assist with documenting new layouts, processes, or standards to support long‑term sustainability.
• Help ensure stockroom improvements are clear, repeatable, and easy for others to maintain.

General Expectations

• Maintain a hands‑on, team‑oriented approach throughout the assignment.
• Demonstrate flexibility as project priorities evolve during the assignment period.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines while working in the stockroom environment.
