What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapy Technician, you’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to support patient care and clinic operations. This role combines direct patient interaction with administrative and clinical support responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet and assist patients throughout their therapy visits
Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment
Assist patients with exercises and equipment under therapist supervision
Support patient flow between exercises and treatment stations
Monitor exercise completion and track walking/exercise activities
Apply hot packs and assist with basic therapy preparation tasks
Help educate patients on proper equipment use and exercise routines
Assist with scheduling and front office support as needed
Maintain therapy equipment and clinical supply inventory
Ensure patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages
Organized and dependable
Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or wellness preferred
Previous healthcare, gym, rehab, or customer service experience is a plus
