This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care in accordance with the established memory care standards of care procedures.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing 
• Follow each resident’s service plan with provision of care, supporting their abilities
• Encourage residents and provide environment for success in meeting their highest level of participation and independence while fostering choice
• Monitor and document behaviors as specified for individual residents
•  Helping residents with mobility needs and cognitive impairments
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

  PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
• Acts with patience and understanding at all times

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• One-year experience working in memory care 
• Exceptional customer service skills
