The Clean-Up Crew in the Manufacturing areas performs general clean-up duties and support for a sanitary work environment.

Performs heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them, dumping trash cans, working from ladders, washing belts, cleaning floor drains and adjacent areas.
Must follow instructions and established processes and procedures.
Must be able to read English and understand warning labels on cleaning products.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Proper use sanitation tools, broom, dust mop, wet mop, dustpan and shovel.
Works in a safe and sanitary manner.
Works in a time and speed-oriented environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must follow BCK Food Safety and Sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

Physical activity involving bending, lifting, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, repetitive wrist movement, standing for a full shift.
Work in a team environment with diverse personalities.
Heavy lifting (50+ pounds), pushing and pulling.
Must be able to self-direct to work within restricted time frames.
