As a Legal Intern you will provide support to Trove’s attorneys while receiving training to advance your career. The right person for this role must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to a constantly evolving, growing business. The ideal candidate will be energetic, business-minded, smart, and emotionally intelligent.

Your responsibilities will include assisting Trove’s attorneys with various matters including:

• Contract Law
• Patent Prosecution
• Trademark Prosecution
• IP enforcement
• Licensing
• General Litigation
• Regulatory Compliance

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Currant admittance to an accredited U.S. law school.
• 1-3 years of completed law school coursework.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Deadline driven, capable of managing multiple critical projects; excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick thinking with superior analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Robust computer skills.
• Be a positive, can-do team player; remain positive, professional, calm and focused; create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders
