Student Success Coach The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support.

Work daily with student in-person and virtually
Work closely with content teacher
Ensure that students are completing assigned tasks
Ensure that students receive appropriate support and interventions
The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized benchmarks, review course progress
Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership
Hours are 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

Associates degree would be preferable
Must have a High School Diploma
Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
