MAYERSON JCC   The Mayerson JCC provides the Jewish and secular communities of Greater Cincinnati with resources, facilities, and programs, which enhance their physical, intellectual, and social lives. With a state-of-the-art fitness center, award-winning early childhood and senior centers, top arts and cultural events, and classes for every age, the JCC connects, enriches, and inspires over 27,000 visitors per month. The JCC welcomes everyone, regardless of race, religion, or ability.     POSITION SUMMARY   Administrative Assistant duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone/ email/ in person ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  
  • Throughout the day: handle client calls, emails, and personal drop-ins regarding questions, changes, and complaints and take steps as needed (i.e. update client records, sign people up for programs, communicate with other departments, etc).
  • Assist with ongoing COA (Council on Aging) audit preparation throughout the year
  • Implement billing for services when needed
  • Help Process Client Registration forms and update clients’ physical and electronic files utilizing Sales Force, ServTracker, and Wellsky, among other computer programs. This is necessary because the three programs do not communicate with each other. 
  • Use Excel to maintain databases which are the basis for billing our funders for various programs such as Recreation/Programing, To Go Meals program, Private Pay Meals and tracking Client Registrations received (helps anticipate needed registrations before events or trips).
  • Utilize Serv Tracker for reports for information gathering
  • Other duties as needed
