We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trade Support Specialist to join our Investment Operations- Middle Office team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

· Provide middle-office trade support services for investment management clients

· Support the timely and accurate processing and settlement of trades

· Maintain reference and static data, produce client reporting, and escalate and help resolve potential or actual issues

· Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate updates to existing client books of work while collaborating with internal teams and external partners (including brokers and custodians)

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

· High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred

· 1–2 years of total work experience preferred; experience in trade processing, accounting support, or the mutual fund industry preferred (training provided; prior financial services experience not required)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow complex procedures and manage risk effectively

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
