The Bridghbridge internship program will support daily branch and member service operations while gaining hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This internship provides exposure to banking procedures, member service, lending operations, and administrative support within a professional credit union environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)

1. Assist members with basic account inquiries and transactions.
2. Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone.
3. Uses sound judgement and interpersonal skills to effectively assist members.
4. Support branches and other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
5. Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
6.  Assist with marketing, community outreach, and member engagement activities.
7. Interacts with members and staff on a daily basis in prompt, effective and professional manner.
8. Perform data entry and other assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)

1. Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
2. Interest in finance, business, banking, or member service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong desire to work with the general public.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
