Overview

We are an education company specializing in international summer camp programs for students aged 12–20. Our programs combine English learning, cultural exchange, and exciting excursions to create memorable study-vacation experiences in the United States.

This seasonal internship offers valuable hands-on experience in summer camp operations, administration, student services, and program coordination from our main office in Hallandale Beach. As an Administrative Intern, you will work closely with management to support the daily operations of our summer programs, assist with student and staff coordination, and help ensure a successful experience for international students throughout the season.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain professional experience in operations, education, hospitality, event coordination, or international programs while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.


Location & Duration

Working on-site in Hallandale Beach, Florida from ASAP to August 15th


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and organized records within company databases and systems.
  • Coordinate and track arrival and departure documentation for students and seasonal staff.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, acceptance letters, and operational documents.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and verify payment completion.
  • Organize excursion bookings, transportation arrangements, and operational records.
  • Submit required paperwork and materials to partner universities and institutions.
  • Assist with student placement testing and technical support when needed.
  • Support daily office operations and assist with operational problem-solving.

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, calls, and messages from agencies, students, parents, staff, and management.
  • Provide regular updates to agencies and families regarding documentation, arrivals, schedules, and program logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program preparation and execution.
  • Assist with resolving student, staff, and logistical issues in a timely manner.

Recruitment & Staffing Support

  • Assist with seasonal staff recruitment, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and organizing onboarding documentation.
  • Help coordinate staff records, contracts, and operational communication.
  • Support management with staffing logistics and preparation for program operations.

Marketing & Agency Relations

  • Conduct research to identify potential agency partners and markets.
  • Assist with agency outreach and relationship management.
  • Create and distribute newsletters and promotional communications.
  • Support social media management, including responding to inquiries and assisting with content creation.

Team Collaboration & Program Support

  • Participate in regular management and operations meetings.
  • Assist with improving administrative systems and operational efficiency.
  • Support various operational and administrative projects as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, organized, and professional office environment.


Hours

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 40 hours per week

Compensation

$14-15 per hour

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Prior office, administrative, customer service, or camp experience preferred but not required.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
