Our focus at Morton Comprehensive is to provide the best care to our patients so they can live their best life.   We encourage you to become a part of our team that puts our patients first.  We are currently hiring for a Clinical Assistant for our East Location at 11511 E 21st St., Tulsa.

Assists in providing high-quality, caring, and compassionate patient care. Assists with front office duties of check-in/out procedures and provides excellent customer service through face-to-face and telephone encounters. 

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Assistant will provide competent, direct, and individualized care that includes, but is not limited to, collecting patient vital signs and samples and turning over exam rooms and clinical areas. 
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working area
  • Provides front office tasks that ensure the patients are seen timely and appropriately.
  • Support the team by checking in patients, directing visitors, making patient reminder calls, and answering the office phone. 
  • Checks out patients and provides patient summaries to patient

Job Qualifications:

  • CNA License
  • Ability to work with patients and co-workers professionally and tactfully
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a professional team.
  • Ability to work with close attention to detail and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute Medical Record Policies and Procedures.
  • Six (6) months of experience in a medical facility is preferred.
  • General office skills with previous office experience
  • High school education or equivalent.
