Summary/Objective:

The Detailing Specialist is responsible for providing quality automotive cleaning services in accordance with company standards and members' specifications.

Roles & Job Responsibilities

• Cleans vehicles interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and members requests 
• Operates various types of cleaning equipment and solutions to meet service expectations, such as but not limited to buffers, steamers, vacuums, etc.
• Uses cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Performs inspections and keeps complete, accurate records of vehicles' condition
• Manages inventory and reorder supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures 
• Responds to members inquiries and fulfilling their requests

Skills & Qualifications Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have at least one year of related experience
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to obtain training and certifications as required
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• The ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must have the ability to work long hours and withstand extreme elements including heat, cold, wind, and rain
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Work Environment

This job is usually performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and experiences a high level of noise. This job can also have intermittent levels of high stress.

Physical Demands

The Detailing Specialist must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry 50+ pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the Detailing specialist is regularly required to participate in effective and clear communication (talking and listening).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The Detailing Specialist is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
