Customer Service Role with Growth Opportunity

Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Care Associate to support our sales and service teams by helping customers over the phone and creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.

If you are friendly, organized, and comfortable talking with people throughout the day, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

No automotive experience required—we provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers 
• Schedule service appointments and support customer follow-up 
• Help resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism 
• Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks 
• Keep communication organized and accurate throughout the day 
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Service Price Guides and estimating repair costs
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
