Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Billing Clerk for our corporate accounting office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and ready to learn a long-term career in dealership accounting.

No dealership experience required—we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Process and post vehicle deals 
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness 
• Track contracts and receivables 
• Help correct billing and documentation issues 
• Support daily accounting and reporting tasks 
• Work closely with managers and the accounting team

Requirements

• Automotive billing experience 1 year preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software programs.
• Tekion experience a plus.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks by importance.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced accounting office.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
