About the Role:

As a Dental Assistant at our Lancaster practice, you will support dentists chairside, help ensure smooth patient flow, and provide excellent patient care. This position offers a consistent schedule, strong compensation, and a positive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• $18–$21 per hour
• Monthly bonus incentive
• Monday–Thursday schedule
• Fridays off every week
• Always 3‑day weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists chairside during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Set up treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness standards
• Document patient information and treatment notes accurately
• Support patient comfort and ensure a welcoming experience
• Manage digital charting and scheduling using Dentrix

Requirements:

• Dental Assistant certificate
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience
• Dentrix software experience
