Job Description
Schedule:
Rotating schedule of three 12hour shifts per week (Onsite)
Shift times may include 7:45 AM–8:15 PM or 7:15 AM–6:45 PM (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Position Overview:
This role supports a primary care facility located on the north side of Indianapolis. The office operates seven days a week and requires someone who excels in a fast paced environment and is comfortable navigating evolving and unexpected challenges. The ideal candidate is patient focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality service.

Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients
Clearly explain processes, procedures, and next steps to patients
Apply strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs
Follow detailed and stringent clinical and administrative protocols
Respond to patient inquiries by phone and email
Determine appropriate solutions while adhering to organizational guidelines
Coordinate issue resolution with other departments as needed
Collect and enter patient demographic and billing information
Assist with scheduling and database updates
