What you’ll do

- Participate in the Nutrition Care Process, in collaboration with an RDN.

- Nutrition evaluations, consultations and care plans.

- Provide nutritional care to patients with complex nutritionally-related conditions

- Provide nutrition expertise, education and consultations to patients and clients.

- Practice clinical dietetics

- Collaborate with professional team, including Physicians, PAs, Nursing, Occupational and Speech Therapists, as well as nutrition team members.
