SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday clinic schedule
• No night or weekend call
• Average daily patient volume of 20–24 patients
• Outpatient primary care only
• Team-supported clinic environment

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality metrics compliance
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary support teams to improve patient outcomes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Compensation equivalent to approximately $120–$125/hour
• Potential annual earnings exceeding $300K depending on schedule and productivity

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, patient-centered primary care approach REQUIRED
