Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Intern supports the Sales & Marketing team in executing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This role provides hands-on experience in sales support, marketing campaigns, and customer interaction while developing foundational knowledge of PSC’s products and services. The intern will assist with day-to-day activities, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain exposure to both strategic and operational functions. The position requires strong communication skills, creativity, organization, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with tracking leads and customer interactions.
• Support showroom or event activities, including setup and coordination.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and company initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Education / Experience:

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Prior sales or marketing experience is not required

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-orientated environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong judgment and professionalism when representing the PSC brand.

Physical Demands / Requirements:

• This position primarily involves sedentary work performed at a desk, including extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work.
• Requires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone and standard office equipment.
• Ability to read and review written and digital content
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required within the office.
• Ability to lift and carry light materials such as marketing supplies or documents (up to 15-20 lbs.)
