The fairlife Summer Internship Program is designed to welcome interns across our locations to gain meaningful experience and social and professional development opportunities. job purpose: The Data Science & AI Enablement Intern will support the development, deployment, and adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions within the organization. This role provides hands-on experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing data while contributing to real-world projects that improve decision-making, automation, and efficiency. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore use cases, prototype models, and help enable data-driven capabilities across the business.

skills/qualifications required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and scripting
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries
• Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes
• Must be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program, entering the Fall semester, post internship, as a senior.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing.
