Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Huntington Park, California.

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities
• Approximately 20–24 patients daily
• Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan
• Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits
• Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment
• Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly compensation: $120–$125/hour based on experience
• Federal and state loan repayment eligibility

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED
• Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
