Summary:

Performs overall review of lending documents for quality review. Assists in staff training regarding lending operations. Perform all tasks associated with booking direct and indirect consumer loans with the exception of underwriting beginning with taking telephone, mail or e-mail applications to working up the applications for underwriters’ review, communicating with members and closing the loans. The ability to cross sell other Barksdale Federal Credit Union products, excellent communication skills, the capability to perform well in a fast-moving, high-stress environment and a team spirit are key factors in this position. 

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures.
• Well organized and strong typing abilities.
• One to two years of consumer loan experience preferred. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal public relations skills.
