We are seeking a talented, team-oriented, college student for our summer 2026 internship program for our First Quality Products company located in McElhattan, PA. This internship will support our Digital Transformation team across our Absorbent Hygiene Division by assisting in optimizing workflow, adopting emerging technologies, and automating manual processes.

As an intern you will participate in engaging and challenging projects, opportunities for personal and professional growth, networking, and a chance to immerse yourself in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Education and experience requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge of digital tools like Microsoft, Power Platforms, Excel, basic programming.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable tech solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as part of a team.
